Elzemina Bojičić was born in 1965 in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Graduated at the University of Sarajevo, Faculty on Public Administration. With the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) BiH since 2003, engaged in UNDP projects related to gender-based violence, community safety and local development.
In the past ten years, Elzemina has been working as the Project Coordinator for Humane
Community Development Programme in eleven local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina helping local authorities to develop and implement roaming dogs’ management plans.
Also, proud companion to five dogs and nine cats in a small village Cerici, near Konjic.
